- In finite element solutions, the system stiffness matrix was previously constructed as a band matrix during loading, then converted to a sparse matrix for solution. The system stiffness matrix is now constructed directly as sparse, reducing RAM usage by approximately 85% and analysis time (in large projects) by approximately 70%. This change only affects the solution technique and does not alter results.
- Screen refresh rate increased. Wait times during Zoom and Pan operations on large projects significantly reduced.
